With Palm Leasing, we lease palm trees to you while Rilkob Agrii handles all farming and management on your behalf. Investors earn 12% annually during Years 1-2 from mixed cropping proceeds while waiting for palm trees to mature. From Year 3 onwards, you receive 70% of the palm produce yield while Rilkob retains 30% as management fee. After 30 years, the land is reclaimed by Rilkob Agrii and the contract concludes.
